The one I take and like is My Favorite Multiple Iron Free by Natrol. It is supposed to be more easily absorbed, it isn't compressed or processed the way some are like Centrum and One a Day. They also have the same vitamin with Iron, I just get the Iron free because unless it comes from food Iron always bothers my Crohn's.
It is free of yeast, milk, egg, artificial colors or flavors, added sugar or preservatives
