How are you going with the ostomy? Has it settled yet, and are you feeling happier?
The pain is pretty miserable when it happens; ditto the nausea; but the doctor doesn't think it's at the point of needing surgery yet... which just fills me with sympathy or admiration for the people who are dealing with strictures and blockages that are worse than mine. I'm still waiting for a proper diagnosis of what's going on, as I need a hospital bed so they can do the proper tests, and haven't been called in yet.
I'm fairly ok when the pain's not overwhelming, unless you count constant fatigue, and am actually feeling like a person for the first time in years, instead of a patient. It's a nice feeling.
It's cold here. How are you? Have you almost washed away in the rain?
Thanks so much for the kind post.
