Chances are that it's just walled over...since you still have some pain and soreness
Have you called your CR Surgeon to get their opinion? You may want to keep up with sitz baths in the event there is more going on inside.
I was always off work for 1 week post seton surgery...it really depends on how much 'looking' your surgeon has to do. Did they mention flap surgery? That would be the best solution if the overall condition of your peri rectal area is good.
Are you on any meds for it? Have they changed your diagnosis?
