Hello everyone. I had a seton stitch placed in the spring time. It's still there, but I feel like it never works properly. There is some drainage that happens, but not enough. The fistula is still abscessing a little but and it's causing me a lot of pain. I've tried sitz baths and they do absolutely nothing besides relieve pain for 3 minutes. Any recommendations? It sucks.

He isn't being a help at all. He never calls me back and it's getting on my nerves. His assistant just keeps saying use the sitz bath.

Are you calling your surgeon or your gi? You should be talking to your surgeon about it.
