I have this problem too when I get too cold and I get cold A LOT. I'm not sure because I haven't talked to a doctor about it or anything but I do think it has to do with my Crohn's and my stomach. When I get really cold I shiver a lot and my stomach kind of starts to spasm. Sometimes when I'm cold I even suck in a little to stay warm. I think thats what upsets my stomach and makes me nauseous but I'm not sure...
