Hi all!
Wondering if many of you out there have been diagnosed with elevated triglycerides.... My husband's HDL and LDL are fine but his triglycerides are 360.  He does eat a lot of sweets since that doesn't bother his tum and we are on a gluten-free diet... Any thoughts/comments? Thank you!

Mine are through the roof, they've been as high as 1200, BUT that is due to my pancreatic problem.
While 360 is elevated, I wouldn't worry too much. Try and stay on a low fat diet as much as possible,
and take Omega 3 fish oil. Best of luck!!

If you are serious about lowering your triglycerides then you must cut back on eating sugar. Your body converts excess sugar to triglycerides. Another way is to supplement with fish oil. Fish oil is famous for lowering blood levels of triglycerides.
