Hello & Welcome Monkey!
My first CD symptoms started when I had gallstones at 13!! I was the second youngest the hospital saw with GB problems. A lot of people with CD have GB issues as well.
If the pathology report clearly states you have Crohn's then you have it. You are just an asymptomatic case. I actually know of quite a few people with asymptomatic Crohn's or who have very little symptoms. A friend of mine who also has CD, her only symptoms were a few tummy aches and bad anemia. She swallowed the Pillcam and it turned out she had Crohn's! Just because you have no symptoms it doesn't mean that you do not have Crohn's. In the next few months/years/decades you could start having the typical Crohn's symptoms or you could stay asymptomatic forever. You never know. This disease is very sneaky. I know of people who have had bowel obstructions and their only symptom was constipation, at first.
I think you should get a GI(if you don't have one)and discuss treatment options with him/her and talk about your questions/concerns so you can get in remmission. If anything, though, your GB should be your main concern at the moment, especially since the Crohn's is mild.
