Are you eating regular solid foods, or on you on a low residue diet? When you get like that, do you switch to full liquid diet or anything like that?
A year ago, I had a flare that they finally got the inflammation under control, but there was so much thickening/scar tissue that I was still having pain, cramps, and constipation after knocking out the inflammation.
To answer your #4, yes, low residue + daily miralax helped me get through the next few months until I needed a surgery. I also spaced out my meals to 4-5 smaller meals per day.
