Ooo, didn't know you had been on those 2 before. Personally I wouldn't be up for trying them again. I wasn't able to get to theraputic levels on either and I told my current doc I won't try again. But that is just me. That is why we are considering Methotrexate with my Humira.
Tysabri is scary to me too. What about
trying something like Cimzia before Tysabri. I feel like Tysabri is the scariest of all the biologics. Did that doc say why he wanted to jump right to Tysabri? Would your insurance even cover Tysabri without trying Humira or Cimzia first?

Meds ~ mesalamine enema nightly, 40 mg Prednisone, 4 Lialda/day, weekly Humira
Supps ~ Fish Oil, folic acid, D3, K2, B-complex vitamin.
