My GI , who I saw today I mentioned to him the pain I have been having the nerve type pain that feels like a pinching twisting and not int he norm area.  He said well you do have a lot of adhesions (he didnt do my surgeries etc could they have been seen in my scope?  He is going to run a CRP to check for inflammation as well and do a promethius test to check my imuran lvls to make sure I am at a theraputic dose but for my weight I shouldnt be on much more (currently 95 pounds and on 100mg.

If this is adhesions what can I do since it is getting worse tylenol and my regular pain meds I am taking min doeses to take the edge off but I will collapse in pain not for long (a few seconds at most) but it is a definite zing of pain that will make my eyes well up

Honestly not much you can do for adhesions. Surgeries to repair them only create more adhesions. I do know that I have alot of adhesions and I have found that massaging them seems to help some. But for anything a doc can do, I dont think there is much. Hugs!

Thanks nanners I just wish there was a way to diagnose what this was the pain is so intense it will bring me from a standing position to curled in a ball instantly I mean I have had a total of 6 abdominal surgeries since 87 ...

Inguinal hernia pre CD Dx ...bout 8 months before I was 8
Gall bladder out (almost burst and was so inflamed they had to do it the old fashioned way no laporoscopic for me)
then the 4 CD surgeries that year from hell
