I had a laparoscopy a few weeks ago but they found nothing but they weren't looking for crohns.. they were looking for adhesions from previous surgeries. Although I'm sure they would have noticed if it were really bad.. I don't claim it's really bad.. not nearly as bad as most in here but it's bad to me because I know the amount of pain I am in and the symptoms I am having are not normal for me.
Have already had the crohns test, waiting for reasults and waiting for a SBFT and/or pillcam however gp said that is the calprotectin comes back positive then I DO have an IBD and those tests would be just to see how badly.
diagnosed with IBS 2006.. doc querying IBD 2012.. undergoing testing.
