I wake up with severe headache, vomiting, nausea, constipation even if I had D the night before
Constipation is defined as having a bowel movement fewer than three times a week. If you awaken and have no BM, but had one the day before, then you are not technically constipated. You may be feeling the urge to go in the form of pressure or cramping but that is not constipation. Whatever symptom(s) or sensations you are having that make you think "constipation" are what you need to describe to your doctor.
I know you have trouble with physicians' treatment or lack of treatment. I strongly encourage you to seek out medical professionals that you can work with in reaching a treatmeant plan. From what you post, it seems you often have changes in your over-all health. We are here to offer support to our members but cannot provide diagnoses or offer treatment plans.
