University of Pennsylvania Research Study:

Researchers at the University of Pennsylvania are looking for participants specifically with a diagnosis of Crohn’s Disease to participate in a research study. This study hopes to test the effectiveness of a Self-Help Treatment Workbook for Stress Management that may help you manage the impact of symptoms associated with Crohn’s Disease, especially if you also have secondary Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). There is no cost for participation, and no travel required. You must be at least 18 years of age, and not currently pregnant. If you are interested, please copy and paste the link below into your web browser to answer a few questionnaires to find out if you are eligible to participate!

Thank you so much for your time and interest in our research study!

Have a great day!

I'm very, very interested in positive thinking and how it relates to my CD/ overall quality of life. It saved my life 6-7 years ago, and now that I'm having my first flare up since then, I'm realizing I'm not on top of stress management like I used to be. I'm definitely taking this survey.
