was up there for about 10 hours... did not go smoothly, but got it done.. they had a heck of a time . dr said it was one of the hardest ones hes done.. so much scar tissue in the chest and neck. all bruised up and hurts.... they left my picc line in my arm just to be sure until I start using the new line.. I t was very hard to flush a while ago. so it may not be working well, or it could be the swelling around it squeezing it.. so maybe by Monday ill know better.. then they can pull the picc line. thanks for the well wishes

well I went Monday for my bandage change and when they got the bandage off we found the problem with the line not wanting to work... the dr tied the stitch so tight it was crushing the line!. it took a half hour to get the 6 knots off the line.. thank goodness it wasn't damaged.. so after we checked it out, and it was ok they pulled the PICC out and everything was fine.. ;o).. randy
