Are you having alot pain associated with foods? I like you pretty much eat the same things that I feel are "safe" for me. Do you eat yogurt? I have been eating the vanilla greek yogurt (not the low fat kind) and add a big scoop of creamy peanut butter to it, sometimes I add a little Jelly. Its actually pretty good and with the peanut butter adds fat, calories, and protein, There are a lot of smoothies you could do also that are high in calories, banana, peanutbutter, Icecream and instead of using milk use half and half or heavy wipping cream. This is packed with calories and is sooooo yummy!
With what you say you are used to eating, adding lots of high fiber sounds a little scary to me, I would start out easy with mabe canned fruit, applesauce and banana's. Good luck and hope things calm down so you can eat again!
