Add boiled chicken and salmon to the BRAT diet. You can also try pureeing everything, ie smoothies or soups.
Don't drink a lot of Pedialyte, as it contains too much sugar, which causes bloat. Instead, drink coconut water, or eat bananas and drink chicken broth to replace your electrolytes.
I wonder about the bread and rice part of the BRAT diet, because they aren't allowed on a lot of the IBD diets. But if you can hold it down, that's what counts.
Eat small amounts at a time, but very frequently throughout the day. Bring food to work.
If you feel nauseous, consume something salty, like chicken broth, or saltines (if the latter is allowed).
Here's my smoothie recipe: 1 banana, Kefir (I use coconut Kefir), L-Glutamine powder, probiotic powder, colostrum, protein powder, creatine powder, chlorella, a spoonful of peanut butter or almond butter (only if tolerated), a bit of avocado, cooked greens, or canned pumpkin, some bland frozen fruit that has been nuked in the microwave 3 minutes, (no skins, and no berries), a tsp of really healthy local honey, and voila! You can eat this all day, adjusting the ingredients to what you can tolerate. I use rice protein powder. Sometimes I add canned coconut milk in addition to the Kefir. Coconut water Kefir is an excellent source of probiotics as well.
Take different kind of probiotics all day long, once an hour if possible. Put 1 tsp. of Glutamine Powder in water 3 x day. Glutamine is tasteless.
