Because I'm in the same situation, I can fully understand how you feel. My General Practioner told me I have to eat more as well, it's not easy to eat more when we don't always have the appetite to do so. That is why it is so important to try and eat everything you can when you are well, and try your best with foods you can tolerate when you are not well. I have gained weight in the past, and dropped it again more than once, but when I did gain weight I had to motivate and push myself to eat. I understand it's not easy but add something to your normal diet that you can eat everyday, something you like and can tolerate, but keep eating it every day. After a while add something else to that, and so on, keep adding and keep trying. I am a skinny crohnie, have always been, but it's extra hard for us, because when we get sick, we don't have much extra to work with to stay a healthy weight.
