I have a question.  I was told to take a probiotic everyday, but was wondering what is a good multivitamin overall, but has some benefits for crohn's as well.  If anyone has any suggestions.

Has the vitamin improved anything. Whether it would be energy, or anything else.

They may be a little more pricey but I take GNC multi-vitamins because they have "ultra mega" doses, extra B and D vitamins. They also have chewables which are low in sugar and aren't bad at all.

Besides taking a good multivitamin you should get your blood levels checked for B12, iron, folic acid, and vitamin D. Many IBDers are deficient in these as well as zinc but I don't know if there is a good blood test for zinc or magnesium. If you are deficient in any of these then you may need extra supplementation besides what is in the multivite.
