Just thought I would pop in here for a second to say hello . Nope , not dead yet and hope you all are the same . I'm still battling Crohns and heart disease and my wife is still fighting 4th stage recurrent breast cancer so we stay pretty busy . I pray all of you that remember me are as well as possible and to the others here , hang tough ...

Hi Sniper!

It's strange that I just read an old post where you commented about a zyto scan thingamabob. I've been away for several years myself until last summer. I guess and haven't caught up with all the old names though I've never posted as much as some, but I certainly remember you.

I spent these last years between nursing my parents who had Alzheimer's and Parkinson's, to nursing my daughter who's ill with a life-long lung disease. Doesn't leave much time for the Crohn's. My parents had at least lived full lives but my daughter, well it has been a spirit-crushing experience.

I'm sorry to hear about your wife. I don't know why some of us have to deal with so much illness. I pray you have better days. -Joy

Wow Sniper,
It is so nice to hear from you! I don't if you remember me, but I remember you and I miss all your good humor and support. It sounds like things have been very tough for you...I'm so sorry. I just had my first resection surgery and I'm home recovering. So glad you are back!

Sniper!

Dunno if you remember me either, but I definitely remember you. Glad to see you post again; not so glad to hear about you and your wife's health problems. Hope you can get a respite (same goes for JaSanne after reading her post).

SNIPER!!!!

It's good to hear from an "oldie" here on the forum. You were one of the core group that was on here years ago when I first joined and you've always been so supportive to folks. Glad to know you and the Mrs. are still hanging in there, I've often wondered how you were getting along.

Take care and don't be such a stranger.

Nope Habs , The back yard critters are just not fast enough or hungry enough to eat me before I can eat them . Don't believe all that stuff you see on Swamp people . Gators know down here they are not the top of the food chain . Lamb , I am definitely an oldie, but the reaper is still after me so I try to stay one step ahead . SydneyJo , my wife is about a month away from completing another two rounds of chemo . We are looking forward to a break in her treatment for a while , but we know it will be temporary. No cure , so , on we go . We do hope to travel a bit if its possible though . Nicecupoftea , Gumby ,JaSanne good to see you guys again . The last couple of years seem to have flown by though a few times I did wish some life away just to be past a few things . I see you all are still fighting the fight .
