My 10 month old got a virus last week, and after a few days of a high fever, vomiting, and refusing to eat, I had to take her to the ER today because her diapers were barely wet after 12 hours. My husband had just flown back to Houston for work for the week. I'll be so glad when he gets to work here permanently.
They gave her an IV to get fluids. It was awful. They had to stick her three times and finally got it in her foot. I just held her and cried. I would rather have them stick me a hundred times than to go through this again. So, so heartbreaking.
I know it's not related to Crohn's, but I just needed to cry about
it some more. VIEW IMAGEVIEW IMAGEVIEW IMAGEVIEW IMAGE

"For this thing I besought the Lord thrice that it depart from me. He said, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities; I take pleasure in infirmities, reproaches, necessities, persecutions, distresses, for when I am weak, then am I strong." 2 Cor 12:8-10
