Thinking of you. As I just returned from a whole week in the hospital here are a few more tips. Hopefully you will have someone with you for the first few days. They should bring a good pillow and easy food items( broth they can heat for you,microwaveable stuff for them). A heat pad is nice, there is a microwave buckwheat type that is cozy. Air might be dry, my poor daughter had nosebleeds, at least bring Chapstick. Personal hygiene items, birth control pills, fuzzy socks,cell phone charger,empty big bottle for water( little cups need refilling too often), dry shampoo( they make cool sprays now) and something to read that doesn't hurt your brain.
