Still going strong here, once a day, fully formed and no discomfort - Taking WOO/Thyme oil in a gel cap every morning along with Vitamin A & D at the same time and a WOO/Thyme Gel cap at night with Vitamin A&D and Imuran in the evening.
Here is what I tried though over the the last few weeks (unsuccessfully) which did lead to some discomfort - I decided to try adding kefir of all things. www.liberte.ca/en/products/organic-non-effervescent-plain-kefir/
Needless to say after a few days my body wanted nothing to do with it. Stool loosened up and eventually I was twice a day in the bathroom. Could have been the lactose, but I've tried a few other probiotics (without any lactose) over the last while with similar results, so perhaps both the lactose and the probiotics contributed. Now if I get a craving for something yogurt'y plain old home made SCD yogurt works best for me and causes zero issues. It's taken me a while to realize that most likely my body prefers no probiotics.
Stopped the kefir after about
two weeks or more. I stayed on it for a while because I was curious if things would ultimately "adjust" and get better - within two days of stopping stool was back to normal and formed as before, which was good because xmas was approaching fast.
Perfectly normal since then and over the xmas holidays. Actually it was the first Christmas since becoming ill where I could go out freely and just simply enjoy family, stay late and drive distance to see them without any concern whatsoever. So that was a pretty awesome and welcome feeling. Best Christmas prevent ever to be honest. I just kept to my safe foods list and all went perfect.
In regards to the comment above of herbs being meant to be rotated, that's not true nor has it really been found or firmly established in any formal studies. But perhaps in the future something will come out to show some sort of resistance over time. Below if a few you can look through that touch on this subject or just search around yourself via pubmed or google.
Again I take this with Imuran. Back in the 70's or 80's it was realized that antibiotics have anti-inflmamotry effects and Azathioprine (Imuran) has antibiotic effects against some bacteria. I could dig up some studies on this on the UC board as there have been a few posted. So Imuran perhaps is a significant contributing factor in combination with the WOO/Thyme. Who knows really though. I just don't want people to attribute it 100% to the oils - and remember things didn't really "click" until I added Vitamin A&D to the oils and the Imuran. This was the big turning point.

Diagnosed Crohns-Colitis 12-13 years ago - Past Meds: Antibiotics, Prednisone, Methotrexate, Imuran, Remicade - Current Meds: Imuran 150mg/daily, Natural: WOO/Thyme Oil, All organic food no additives as best as possible. I stopped taking probiotics as I felt they were not helping much.
