I'm presuming you're not on steroids?
If not, then it's probably your job which is causing you to feel hungry - it sounds pretty physical if you've developed muscular arms. Unfortunately there's no easy way of dieting at the best of times; the only way is to reduce calories, which means eating less. It's not necessary to eat salads to do this. High protein is probably the best way to go: protein tends to be more filling than carbs, yet not any more calorific gram for gram.
Dunno if it appeals, but hitting the gym and toning up is another option. There are loads of gym bros on the internet who are happy to give advice on bodybuilding stuff.
You could try blending greens. A completely smooth smoothie shouldn't cause any issues and might help make you feel more full.
