Have you had a colonoscopy with biopsies? That's the gold standard for diagnosing terminal ileum Crohn's.
Thanks NiceCupOfTea. I had colonoscopy with biopsy in 2013, when I had inflammation of the terminal ileum. The biopsies were inconclusive. My gastro said, you can eat anything and everything and not to worry. He is considered a very good doctor and prof. in Stanford Hospital.
I still eat healthy; no processed foods, not much sugar, mostly home cooked but always have stomach issues. Recently i was diagnosed with borderline SIBO and thought that's probably the cause to stomach issues.
My symptoms are usually always feeling of going to the loo but it's probably gas and even when I go, the stool has been normal. No loose stools. Then there is nausea, huge bloating of upper stomach. One or other is always overwhelming.
Regarding SCD diet, I would believe direct personal experiences. Not sure how much of it is marketing on SCD websites, but I also saw some personal websites praising SCD.
