lamb---computer days are tiresome! If you can stand part of the time, I find it helps. I recommend snacking multiple times a day to keep your metabolism going. If you like one of the nutrition drinks (I like Ensure) try it with a banana in mid day - I make shakes with the banana and chocolate at home, but eat them at work separately. Unfortunately, I still sue coffee too frequently to keep me going.
I'm not around now, but it was good to see you back to work on this note...hope things continue to improve
