Hi Joe,his protocol is interesting and may be worth a try but my first herx reaction was really rough. I feel as though my dysbiosis may have been too severe and the die off may have provoked an immune reaction in my joints. Joint inflammation and stomach inflammation are low again following my strict diet and a few supplements. I brake this faily routine 2-3 a week only at supper time. Current daily consumption is:
first thing: chlorophyll aloevera + herbs drink. vitamin d, k2, serrapeptase, magnesium cap
breakfast:3 fruits and spinach blended
lunch: 10 organic vegetable salad with full avocado, hemp seeds, walnuts/almonds, and homemade dressing(olive oil, honey, apple cider vinegar)
Option 1-juice 2 pounds carrots, 1 pound apples, 1 pound greens
Option 2(before gym etc.)- Oatmeal, honey, walnuts, hemp seeds and banana
Option3 - same salad as lunch
evening snack: tumeric+ginger tea, bowl of blueberries.
evening supplements: 75ml bravo probiotic yogurt(homemade kit) 2-3 nights per week cannabis oil(thc for now working on getting cbd)
I'm doing great but will have to hold back trying to get off remicade for now. In 6 months i'll give the parasite cleanse another try and I'm concerned with trying to break down the scar tissue as well. I find everything in my current protocol beneficial and quite powerful when combined. When I have further updates I'll post again. All the best
And healseeker, Colonix have always interested me. I've thought about starting coffee enemas but it seems unpleasant so i've yet to take the plunge. Thanks for the tip though I think they do it at my naturopaths office.
