Well of COURSE colazal isn't doing anything (I actually had to look it up because I had never heard of it before). It's a mesalamine, or 5-ASA just like Lialda. Studies show that they are less effective than a placebo when it comes to treating Crohn's. If it's what your GI prescribed after a diagnosis of Crohn's, you need to find a new GI.
