@Clo - Sorry, I didn't answer your question <_<. I am feeling better thanks. The pain was there when I woke up this morning, but once I got up and moving, it went away. I can only feel the merest twinge of it right now. I'm actually less convinced than I was a few days ago that it's pancreatitis, but I think for my own peace of mind I need to rule it out. If it is pancreatitis, then, clearly, it's not something you want to ignore.

I don't think I could manage a lifetime of being NPO. Six months (even on and off) sounded horrific, never mind the rest of your life. Anyway, I'm glad you pulled through!
Dx Crohn's in June 2000. (Yay )
Tried: 5-ASAs, azathioprine, 6MP, Remicade, methotrexate, Humira, diets.
1st surgery 20/2/13 - subtotal colectomy with end ileostomy.
2nd surgery 10/7/15 - ileorectal anastomosis. Stoma reversed and ileum connected to the rectum.
Current status: Chronic flare. Do I have any other kind?
Current meds: 50mg 6MP; Entyvio (started 3/11/16)
