All of us are different, I don't pretend to have the perfect answer, honestly I don't think their is one. The channel is something I just recently started to try and create videos on different areas that have helped me get to where I am now. I've seen alot of other people who've done similar things to exercise, change your diet and mindset, regulate stress, ect, but if you don't share practically how to do that, it doesn't really help anyone. I'm trying to create a resource for people to learn how to actually, practically, do all those things.
I understand the skepticism, honestly I'm a little skeptical of myself, haha. I'm due to a colonoscopy here soon, so no, I have not yet been certified by a doctor to be in clinical remission. The results do somewhat speak for themselves though. If I can feel this amazing, I just thought it'd be awesome to share because I know so many have it really rough, as I once did.
If you notice as well I'm very careful not to make any claims of healing in any of my videos. I'm not here to spread false hope or pretend like I have a cure. Just trying to do what I can to make this world a better and healthier place.
