Has anyone tried essential oils to manage pain, symptoms? I recently have become a wellness advocate for and I have had some wonderful changes both physically and mentally. I was diagnosed with moderate to severe Crohns in 2008. Have had inflammation issues since. Currently taking Humira weekly. I recently was on sulfasalazine (which had been tried years ago), and instead of refilling I started taking essential oils. I will say the Lifelong Vitality Pack and probiotic have been amazing to help my symptoms. I have more energy and less digestive issues. I also use them to help mentally when I am feeling down. It really has been a great change for me after almost 10 years of suffering. I didn't even know what all they could do for me. I recently saw my GI and told him I was interested in using essential oils and he was on board for me to try those instead of refilling the sulfasalazine and checking back in 6 months! There are many different oils that can help with almost any ailment!

Peppermint oil is a major game-changer for my nausea! I use it on the back of my neck and my abdomen, sometimes on the inside of my wrists, and it greatly helps me.
