When did you stop your antidepressant? Was it helpful before?
I used to get bad sinus infections a lot, especially after starting Remi, and I had a septoplasty to fix a deviated septum that wouldn't let things drain properly. I don't think I've had a single one since. As for UTIs, you really should see a urologist about
that. Have them check to make sure it's not a small fistula, for example, or maybe adhesions from the surgeries causing issues.
I know it's stressful and hard to do, and there are no good answers. I would keep going with Stelara, but get in to see an ENT and a urologist ASAP. In the meantime, keep an eye on the UTIs. Sinus infections are painful and a nuisance, but a UTI (if untreated) can lead to a kidney infection that could be quite dangerous. BUT THAT IS RARE if it is treated!
I guess I just don't want you to ignore it. I have a friend IRL with lupus who does chemo, and she ignored a UTI for a full two weeks until I dragged her to the urgent care with a fever of 103. So just don't be dumb, basically. ;)
"For this thing I besought the Lord thrice that it depart from me. He said, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities; I take pleasure in infirmities, reproaches, necessities, persecutions, distresses, for when I am weak, then am I strong" 2 Cor
