Hello everyone!
I've had a seton surgery since exactly one month ago for a Transphicteric fistula and and a draining seton was put in site.
I had a good surgery recovery and no problems so far BUT shakehead two or three days ago I saw granulation in the wound(which is closing) which is right next to the external opening.
The granulation is oozing some pus or liquid. No pain whatsoever.
As far as I know there was an abscess right next to the fistula's external opening which was drained during the surgery. The opening was about 2 inches, now it is one inch and the granulation occupies 80% of that opening. Then there is a gap and then the seton.

Anyone experienced with this type of thing? I would really appreciate any feedback.

Thanks and all the best to eveyone. Sending out all my support.
