Maybe I am just weird, but I always look at my food before eating it. If I order a burger out, I take it apart & remove whatever I don't want on it. Easier for me to do this than giving a list of not what to put on it, lol. I am just having a hard time wrapping myself around this one, how can you chew a packet like that for one thing & swallowing it whole. Strange things can happen.
