So I have had problems with my stomach since I was 13. I have had my apedix and gallbladder removed.Jan 2017 I was ad!fitted for an upper GI bleed and duodenum ulcers.EVer since this happened my bowels haven't been the same and massive pains.Had a scope done on both ends .
Stomach biopsy:mild inflammation
Duodenum biopsy:lamina propria mild chronic inflammation and occasional intraepithelial lymphocyte
Small intestines: small intestinal mucosa with prominent lymphoid aggregate.
The histological are mild.
Just trying to get an idea...I don't see my Dr for another 3months .The paper also ruled out celiac,h pylori...but didn't rule out the chrons or UC.How does a colonoscopy tell if it chrons or UC? Is it based of markers or is there an exact test for it ?
