When did it start? It does sound like it could be Crohn's but equally it could be an infection. I got norovirus when I had an ileostomy. It was brutal: watery output was pouring out. Careful you don't get dehydrated. Keep your fluid intake up and make sure you get extra salt as well. You can buy ridiculously expensive oral rehydration drinks from pharmacists, make your own for next to nothing (google recipes), or add a quarter teaspoon of salt to a 500ml bottle of Gatorade or similar type drink - commercial sports drinks don't have nearly enough salt in them to count as a true electrolyte solution.

Dx Crohn's in June 2000. (Yay )
Tried: 5-ASAs, azathioprine, 6MP, Remicade, methotrexate, Humira, diets.
1st surgery 20/2/13 - subtotal colectomy with end ileostomy.
2nd surgery 10/7/15 - ileorectal anastomosis. Stoma reversed and ileum connected to the rectum.
Current status: Chronic flare. Do I have any other kind?
Current meds: 50mg 6MP; Entyvio (started 3/11/16)
