Welcome to the forum. It sounds like you have a lot of health anxiety. It's that anxiety that is creating the panic attacks and frequent urination; not the humira. Have you contacted your gasteoenteroligist about
your worsened symptoms, and have you told him/her that you stopped humira? It sounds like you are flaring now (the blood), and your doctor can help you treat that flare.
