Struggling with endless depression. Had a temporary reprieve at the weekend, where I went on a march with my mum and brother in central London. There were about
700,000 people there. It was about
having a 'People's Vote' for Brexit - basically the argument is that the general public should be given a say on the final deal. It was a good-natured and peaceful protest and I enjoyed the day out in London.
Unfortunately I don't think it will do anything. I would be highly surprised if there was another vote, partly because there isn't going to be any deal on the table. We are staring at a no deal abyss and I am petrified. I've been scared for months, but the closer it gets the more real it gets. Thinking of asking my aunt in Spain to get me a year's worth of maxidex and levothyroxine - the latter is deffo an OTC med in Spain, not sure about
the maxidex, but I hope it is. (The stuff I get is made in Spain, so it will definitely be available.) The 6MP I take is also made in Spain, but not expecting that to be OTC.
I've started the long and bureaucratic process of getting an Irish passport. Might not be doable though - I'm not paying money for all the certificates I'll need until I can make sure. It's my dad: he's American, his American passport is expired and he hasn't show any interest in renewing it. Ironically I could apply for an American passport, but what's the point? There's no point in going over to your country, guys, I would never be able to get insurance or afford healthcare.
Anyway good to hear from you and glad you are managing at least.
