I'm pretty sure the term "at home infusion," isn't as rigid as you are assuming it to be (doesn't have to be the physical address in which you sleep at night). I know "home-infusions" can be given at work, while you're traveling or away from home, or another
location of your and their mutual agreement. I'd call them and see if they're flexible to use a
location that's more convenient.
For the insurance carrier, home-infusions are cheaper as they control the nurse cost, and the cost of the medication. Whereas getting done at the local hospital they control none of the above (hospital does).
