I've liked Ensure for my past use. I tried to cut back sugar so I went to Glucerna and I like that too (ps I drink only the milk choc version). Problem is Glucerna has 4g fiber and I notice some issues after I have it (I generally have nothing with more than 3g usually 2g fiber per serving). I was looking at Boost Glucose High Protein-no fiber, low calorie, low fat, low carbs&sugar---sounds too good to be true
So...anyone find this tasty?
