I have had crohns since the 1980’s, but was not diagnosed correctly until 1998. I am 68 years old now and I have lots of joint pain. Most likely it is a combination of age and crohns. Upper Back is the worst...wrists...fingers...knees...I feel more like 98 most days. I told my regular doctor about all of this more than a year ago...she chalked it up to emotional stress after losing my daughter. But I cannot say it has improved in the last year, only getting more aggravating and tiring. I take a couple Tylenol most days when it is at its peak and it absolutely helps. Is crohns related arthritis just to be expected and how do you treat it?
