Sorry you're feeling so tired. Exhaustion can be, well, exhausting. First order in addressing it might be to get a full blood screening done. Particularly iron stores, and Vitamin D. As for getting a boost, some might recommend energy drinks, but they're loaded with caffeine and sugar. They lead to a real roller coaster ride. Coffee has benefits, as long as you don't rely on it too much. Only other thing might be to look at the health food store for some kind of meal replacement drink or vitaminized drink.
