I recently had a new seton put in. Have had one for 10 years and there is a lot of pain. I have to wait several months for house flap surgery and don't know what to expect after. Right now however trying to walk or ride my bike is so sore and I don't know what to do while waiting.

Yeah, any kind of surgery in that area, even just to replace a seton, is always going to be painful. How recently was it?
Why are you doing the flap surgery? You had the seton for 10 years, so it should have been pretty cleared up and just been like a piercing. What made the change?
