Hi everyone's
Merry Christmas to all of you ❤ ♥
Start from 2019 sep my bloodiest show crp are 10.0 so mean is infection but my gastro dr say nevermind, but am having pain and lost weight dr say nothing ,so dr say see me 6 months time ,very fast see Dr again bloodtest still 10.0 crp pain still same .
In 15 Dec 2020 Tuesday took bloodtest crp 13.0 should be high infection but dr still say just abit infection not serious , I say my lower part having great pain dr say not stomach are bones pain no problem . Am ask will need change jap or any medicine to take dr say just jap once a week humira as usual, dont do any changer if want change very troublesome cos need admit so just continues .
But on 20 Dec 2020 6 pm suddenly am have very painful till unbearable so am took pain killer tramadol after take few min later am vomit feel bloated feeling cramp in intestine so took oxynorm see it help .still pain after 30 min again vomit out . Am dont know what happen suddenly this pain never go off , feel my stomach very swell inside ,cant even drink or eat , once am try to drink or eat pain will come . Also feel stomach inside having swollen in intestine . B4 have op in small intestine so now the op place feel swell and pain .
Can anyone tell me isnt crohns has flare up or why like that . Am can feel inside like bubbling like boiling water . Very uncomfortable
If go for MRI am comfirm cant cos need drink 3 bottle contrast even 1 bottle also cant drink so how to do mri ? Can anyone know beside drink contrast has other way no need drink contrast can go for what scan or mri ? Keep lost weight b4 are 50 kg now left 42.9 kg .

I'm confused - CRP doesn't usually mean infection, that's WBC. CRP is for inflammation.

At this point I would have gotten a new GI and gone to the hospital.

From what you have described it sounds like you might have an obstruction since you can't eat or drink anything without vomiting, are in pain and feel bloated & swollen. I think you should get to the hospital right away. They can do a CT scan with injected contrast or an xray or something that won't need you to drink anything.

What country are you in? At a minimum you should have an urgent call to your doctor. This sounds very serious so let him brush you off.

I agree with scifigal -- CRP indicates inflammation. High WBC indicates infection. You have not been getting good medical advice.

Keep us posted on how you are doing.

Yes, am feel the same as what you say , am gastrointestinal dr not really want see am , why other people go in at least 20 min but am 5 min only .
Recently keep take tramadol to control problem are cant even help .

Ct scan need drink contrast too .
X-ray dr say cant see .
Am dr always ask go for MRI or capsules camera scan .

You can get a CT scan that is IV contrast.

You really just need to find a new doctor.
