Hi am are from sg , English not good hope you don't mind .
Am been having infection since 2019 Dec till now almost 1 years but gastro dr say nevermind not serious so am now just jap humira once a week 40ml only .
Last Sunday night suddenly small intestine part feel very pain bloated like going to burst . Took 2 tramadol 1 oxynorn after 30 min am vomit twice . Also keep feeling intestine like water boiling inside . Isnt crohns flare up or nothing to do with crohns ?
Stomach feel bloated pain bubbling also
Have anyone been thru this ?
Am trying to avoid go hospital cos afraid of all scan , why becos am cant drink contrast the contrast need 3 bottle b4 that dr will ask drink clear bowel medicine to clear bowel also , say truly all this test to us are torturing, we have suffer in intestine still need drink so many thing to go for MRI ,why can't just take 1 pill then contrast ,why cannot do any scan without drinking any contrast ? Becos of crohns been suffering all this scan since young till old so now if ask to admit hospital am prefer bear pain in home also dont go hospital. If one day unbearable maybe will end up my life from jumping down . Can anyone teach am what to do

I'm sorry that you're going through a painful time. Unfortunately, I think the only answer is to get some accurate diagnostics done, and proceed from there. I know that you seem to have terrible anxiety about taking contrast, and it's been a bad experience in the past. Maybe a mild sedation may relax you enough to get through an MRE?

The pain you're having could be a number of other things, not related to your Crohns issues. There's infection, gastritis, Covid, etc. I really hope you get to your GI and he helps you work through your pain and anxiety to get some answers, and on the road to feeling better.
