im new here,
im 17, been officially diagnosed with CD for 3 months, IBS before for 3 years but apparently it was Crohn's now? and before that had stomach problems since I can rememeber.
my query is ive had nausea and stomach pains since monday ( it is now saturday). the nausea comes in waves, i have mild nausea then all of a sudden i feel as if i may throw up and then it goes again. ive had stomach pains for the past 2/3 days as i stopped taking my codiene phosphate as that gave me nausea before.
im scared im having a flare up, which i really dont want. ive been so "healthy" for the last 3 months and now its all going down hill, i can tell as my bm's have gone from normally lose stools to VERY lose but not quite D.
Also was wondring if anyone has had this-
ive got little like white head spots on my arm pits and down my sides and now are spreading to my breasts?
could it be my medication?
im on predisone, azathiprine, codiene phosphate, the combined pill and omeprazole.
was wondering as there very itchy and looks horrible and i cant shave my armpits and its summer sad not a good look for the beach!
any reply would be good and any comments or expieriences are welcomed please.
many thanks

Yes it could be the medication. But I think it sounds like you might want to think about seeing a derm doc.
You also might want to talk to your GI about nausua meds and that your stools are getting worse.

Welcome to Healingwell. You have found a wonderful place for support and information. That being said I don't have any great advice. I agree w/ Navy it's time to see a derm. I have had hives, eurthym (sp) nodusum, and psoriasis in the last year and a half - before that my skin was always good so I can only chalk it up to being the Crohns doing crazy things to my system. It does sound like your symptoms are getting worse. Seems to me its better to take care of it sooner rather than later, again I agree w/ Navy call your GI right away. Hopefully someone will come along w/ more specific information. Just wanted to say welcome!
Living with Crohns for 1 year. I have a wonderful husband and two beautiful little girls.
One blessing that came with my Crohns: I thank God for each day that I can get out of bed and take care of my girls and my home.

Anyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, that's true strength

Diagnosed with severe Crohn's colitis in May 2005. I deal with daily arthritis ALL over my body, cystic acne, & fibromyaglia. Have taken Imuran, Remicade, TPN, Colozal, Entocort, Flagyl, PamineForte, Cipro, Dicyclomine, Prednisone, Asacol, Prevacid, and the list goes on. Taking low amounts of Pred now & 3600mg of Asacol currently...Can't wait till I can get back on Remicade, my miracle drug!
