Oh its been a a busy week and I feel like I haven't posted forever. Its funny, we were talking all about carbohydrates today in microbiology and how they break down. I think the diet is helping. I still have lrq pain but I don't have to take the anti-spasmotics as much so I think that is a good sign. I have to say my mom has been doing almost all my baking and if it weren't for her and my dad being only 15 minutes away I would have a lot less to eat!
Yes, we have been ordering almond flour from the internet and it tastes good. Also, there is a Whole Foods in Pittsburgh so we got some stuff there (the flour is actually cheaper online though). I think the I was supposed to wait longer to start with the flour but I can't afford to lose weight and I can't tolerate the peanut butter or some of the other fats.
Vanilla sounds good and i have been using honey, and that's good to hear that the yogurt should be bitter. (though my mom froze some for me and I think that probably kills the bacteria)
