My daughter is scheduled to start humira and I would like to learn more about the most common side effects. I read the medical reports but I am interested to learn what is most common.
Thanks for your help.

Welcome to the forum,

We are glade that you found us all though I am sorry that you daughter has crohns.I am on Humira and the only side effects that I have is it gets alittle red around the injection site and it only last for a few secounds and it does sting alittle but thats it.

I have been obn several meds and Humira has helped the most.I was put on it for my RA but found it helped my gut and my arthritis as well. When I started on Humira it had not been approved by the FDA.

Keah is also on Humira and she will be able to answer some of your questions as well.Oh Humira has to be kept in refridg.I all way's let mine set out for about twenty minutes to bring it to room temp.

I hope that you daughter does as well as I have done. Please let us know how your daughter is doing and how she does on Humira.

Have been on Humira (pen not injection) for 1-1/2 yrs. Has helped with my Crohns D. Dx'd with CD in 1999; resectioned in May 99. Been on most of the preliminary drugs before Humira. Seems to work for me with minor side affects. I pray the best for you.
