at what point do you go to the er? Myself I just wait it out when I get the sharp doubling over stomach pains because I don't think they will be able to do anything for me. Am I the only one who thinks this way?

Uncontrolable bleeding pain etc severe dehydration unexplained symtoms that can't wait

Do you suspect a perferation/toxic megacolon/obstuction

I just get the worst cramping in my lower intestine that takes 15 minutes or so to pass 5 to 6 times a day.

Hi I used to get them bad until I went and had emerg. surgery for absc. now if I get bad pains I go because I had a partial blockage in Jan. that was painful and spent almost 2 weeks in hospital .I will never wait again and live in pain. lol gail
