Okay heres the scoop.

Im 28 diagnosed with CD 2 years ago. My only symptom was Bowel obstruction!!

I did pred which helped alot but not worth the side effects. Asacol and entocort did nothing for me. Six months after diagnosis I begged for flagyl based on some research on the internet. Flagyl put me into remission for over a year! I thought I was cured until now... Ive been living with a partial bowel obstruction foe 4 weeks now, I see my doc wed (hes been on vacvation).
MY QUESTIONS>>>>>>>>>

If I am responsive to antibiotics, then I would like to try one of these heavy hitting antibiotic regimines. Has anyone else outthere done this? What meds were you on? and did it help?

Has anyone tried this?

Hi redspot321,
I am sorry to say that I have no suggestions for you regarding your question but I did want to wish you luck tomorrow at the doctors. Most of us crohnies suffer from D (myself included) instead of C and I think that maybe is why you haven't gotten any responses. I hate to see someone ask for help and not get any replies. I know mine isn't really helpful but I just wanted you to know that I am thinking of you and hope you start feeling better soon. Try to have a list of questions and some printouts about the therapy you are interested in with you when you see the dr so you don't forget anything. Remember to speak up, you are the one in control of your health and the final decisions are always yours to make. Let us know how it goes.
