I'm making chicken lentil soup. I've decided since my family doesn't really like soup, I should make it for lunch, and then freeze individual portions in ziploc bags for later. Only drawback, it's 9:30 am and it's smells like chicken soup in my house!!

I had a left over hamburg from a picnic yesterday and have an apple for later. It actually wasn't all that bad. I always try to bring my lunch to work as it is expensive to eat out and it almost always upsets my stomach. I had a huge increase in appetitie after starting Humira - actually put on 8 lbs which was next to impsossible to do before.

Tasted great but I hate the dishes afterwards. But I have left overs for the next couple days.

I had 5 bites of my new favorite Rachael Ray recipe... Pretzel crusted chicked breast with Mustard-Cheddar Sauce. I of course can't have the whole chicken breast since it's fried but I will take what I can get. I also had 2 spoons of yellow rice...(God how I miss my rice!)

How funny - I made pot roast and potatoes for dinner on Sunday!  But today, I had leftover grilled hot dog from our holiday yesterday.
